The Forging division supplies the mining and agricultural industries in Zimbabwe with quality spares. Of particular mention is Steelmakers Forged grinding media balls which are recommended because they are manufactured from solid steel billets. The effect is that porosity is eliminated guaranteeing prolonged life span and continuous use. The unit has got an installed capacity to produce 1200tons per annum.

The plant is running 3 Hammer Mills and a coal fired furnace for heating billets.
